Transparency

Disclosures & Client Information.

Clear, plain-language information about who we are, how we work and the documents that govern a working relationship — gathered in one place, because transparency is part of fiduciary guidance.

About the Advisory Firm

Who You Are Working With.

Ducat Private Wealth is the public-facing brand of Joy Financial Group LLC, a Florida-registered investment adviser. Through its Sports & Entertainment Private Wealth focus, the firm provides fee-based fiduciary wealth planning and investment management for athletes, families and entertainment professionals navigating careers that may create meaningful financial opportunity.

Our work is built around clarity, discipline and long-term purpose. We aim to make complex financial decisions understandable, to coordinate thoughtfully with the qualified professionals a client already trusts, and to keep the client's goals at the center of every conversation.

Registration & Service Availability

Where We Are Permitted to Serve.

Advisory services are offered only where the firm is properly registered or otherwise permitted under applicable law. Registration as an investment adviser does not imply a certain level of skill or training.

Joy Financial Group LLC is registered as an investment adviser with the State of Florida through the Florida Office of Financial Regulation (Florida-OFR). The firm is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Availability outside Florida depends on applicable registration or exemption requirements, which we are glad to discuss before any relationship begins.

Fee-Based Fiduciary Guidance

How We Are Compensated, and the Standard We Hold.

Ducat provides fee-based advisory services. As a fiduciary, the firm has a duty to act in each client's best interest.

Fee-Based Advisory Services

The firm offers advisory services on a fee basis. Specific services, the way fees are calculated and any potential conflicts of interest are described in the firm's disclosure documents and reviewed with prospective clients before an engagement begins.

Duty of Care & Loyalty

A fiduciary owes a duty of care and a duty of loyalty. In practice, that means seeking to provide advice that is in the client's best interest and disclosing material facts — including conflicts of interest — so decisions can be made with full information.

Review Before You Decide

We encourage every prospective client to review the firm's services, fees, conflicts of interest and disclosure documents carefully, and to ask questions, before deciding whether the relationship is the right fit.

Fee-based does not mean fee-only. The firm does not describe its services as fee-only, commission-free or conflict-free. The nature of all fees, compensation and potential conflicts of interest is set out in the firm's disclosure documents, which should be reviewed in full.
